I had been going to this vet as long as I lived in Austin and felt comfortable leaving my dog there during a week-long vacation. What a mistake! They never unpacked his bag, which had a blanket, toys and treats in it, and the staff left him in a cage for the majority of the week. I was told I had to pay extra for him to be walked, and when I went to pick him up, my dog looked completely traumatized and sad. I expressed my concern to the doctors...they were willing to listen but could not change what had already been done. I do not recommend this vet to anyone and will never bring any of my pets here again!
