My wife and I went to dinner here for Valentine's Day. The food was very good (though rather overpriced). The real problem was the service: we waited 10 min before I had to ask the hostess to send our waiter over; also had to ask hostess for bread. In the end, we waited 40 minutes for our entrees, and my meal was cold when it arrived. Then the waiter took a very long time to check back on us--just so I could tell him my food needed to be reheated. When it came back, it was good, but by that time, I'd been at the restaurant for an hour and was really hungry. The waiter didn't apologize for long delay or comp any part of the meal or offer discount if we came back. So we won't. I almost always tip 20% and can't remember the last time I tipped less than 15%--until tonight. Lastly, where were the managers?
