Cheap fast lunch place; the beef soup stock for the pho is relatively aromatic and authentic (for this type of joint). However the decor is bizarre, crazy, and when I was there the music switched from 80's rock to Mozart piano tunes . It is depressing to eat there because of the poor ambience, so there is absolutely no need to linger. Portions are huge. Service very friendly.
