I took my vehicle in for service-Diagnostic test for electrical sytem-$16.99. When I was told of the estimate for repair I decided to pick the vehicle up and do the work myself-change a starter. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the battery was dead (2 week old battery!). They charged me the 16.99 and were unable to give a diagnostic test printout as promised. They offered no help or solution. They both left the store by the time I got there to pick up the vehicle, leaving the issue with the new guy behind the counter. He was clueless too. I believe this was planned. They have poor customer service and are merely trying to make as much money from customers, especially those that have a vehicle stranded at their shop. I ended up towing the car home using my truck and fixed it at home. saved $600.00 too. beware of this ""stealership"". Unfortunately, I love bridgestone tires and they have them at decent prices but i will no longer use Firestone to fix my cars or mount tires.
