We have had the privilege of being patients with Dr. Rose's office since we moved to Chesterfield County in 2007. We have seen every doctor or practitioner there, and I could not be happier! They do everything they can to make an appointment for you when needed - they are compassionate, caring, understanding, and not in the least condescending. Ever.
The staff is precisely the same as the doctors. I have NEVER had a bad experience with them. When I did let them know that the people on the appointment line (EMPLOYED BY BON SECOURS, NOT IFP) were misinformed and a little rude, THEY called the supervisor to complain about the bad service and said that her behavior was unacceptable and she was not to answer the phone for them anymore.
I recommend them to everyone I know; I pass out their business card to any one that will take it. Never in my life have I been so pleased with a doctor's office! If I moved to Hanover county, it would be worth the drive to keep them.
The office is right off Ironbridge Road, but it is inside the medical building west of Bruester's ice cream ... just after the DMV office.
