I have a regular appointment on average every other week, for 90 minutes; So clearly I maybe biased, however I do highly recommend taking your first (or trying a new) professional massage With Alexa. One of the first things that struck me is the attention to detail. On my first visit a very complete history was taken, and before each session we discuss the current issue(s) that need to be addressed (and Alexa take notes..). Alexa works on the area that is giving me a problem, trying different techniques and approaches in order to address the issue. I have also had instances where a 'emergency' session was needed and Alexa was flexible and accommodating to fit me in.
Pros: Attention to detail, professional, best in austin.
Cons: You want to visit every day :)
