I had never had never been so disappointed with the service of a valet company. a few weeks ago I attended a party that uptown valet was working every thing went fine until I left the party when the valet went to get my car he did not run it took far to long and when I finally got my car I noticed scratches on the side. When I approached the valet about the scratches he did not take accountability for them. I know that they where caused by them because this was a rental car I picked up just a few hours prior. Luckily I had bought rental car insurance on this vehicle
