Seriously the worst valet company 1/10/2009

Words cannot even express my disappointment with this company. That party off of Belvedere Pool was exactly the type of service these ""boys"" bring to the table. Pretty good valet company with accessable owners who know what they are doing. No real problems with them, the one post about them ""running downtown in a year"" sounds like a fake post as I have meet many of their valets and this is not the conduct I saw around them. more

Details Details Details, Right? 10/4/2008

I want to start off by saying that I was guest at the Belvedere on Hamilton Pool Road just recently. Im a home owner and enjoy house flipping so my attention to detail is part of the family line. The valet service, which i later asked for their title, was absolutely horrible. When i say horrible i mean detail disaster. Shirts untucked, dirty language and not very genuine. I watched them stall my car three times (i guess you don't need to drive standard to be a valet . . . go figure)! more

Uptown Valet will beat any of the competition because they are that good! This company is a fine example of how all businesses should be run. Watch them go national. Other companies will try to emulate them but won't succeed because they are missing a main ingredient...customer service over profit! They are ethical and have high standards. My company will use them for everything from now on! Pros: So professional! more

UPTOWN really means uptown! 8/30/2008

This group of men and a lady is a real class act. WOW! I wish every young person has the same standards that these people have. It makes me proud and hopeful to see who will be running our county. Uptown Valet is the ""Class Act"" of Austin. 8/26/2008

Last Saturday night I went to an amazing birthday party near Lake Travis and Uptown Valet parked my car . They were very pleasant! They helped me out of my car and drove me down to the house in a Golf Cart. The young men and cute lady were polite and helpful. When I left the party they drove me back where they had my car waiting for me with the doors open. The valets kindly helped my husband and myself into the car. AWful service for the price 8/8/2008

These guys had no idea where my car was. I spent 20 minutes HOPING where they could find my car. EVENTUALLY, these guys found my car after SIX other people already behind me got their cars and left. As a matter of fact, one employee of Uptown Valet told me that his company plans to run all of Austin within the next year. UNBELIEVABLE! You are going to run ALL of Austin and you cannot find my car in TWENTY MINUTES?!? These guys are a complete joke! more

Happy 60th Kerry!!! 7/21/2008

I recently attended a surprise birthday party for a close friend and felt the need to comment on the outstanding valet services provided at this event. After I had my car parked, I realized I had left the most important item in the car? the present! As I was speaking to another valet attendant, I saw the young man who had parked my car running up the driveway with the present in hand!!! He clearly was a step ahead of me! I truly appreciate the extra mile these young men went to; they helped to make the event run smooth and stress-free despite all the chaos of the surprise party! I would definitely recommend Uptown Valet to anyone interested in professional, quality services! more

Please don't be fooled by phoney, negative reviews 7/21/2008

I have used Uptown Valet many times. They are an outstanding up and coming valet company. I use them and another well established valet company. Both of these are reputable companies. Unfortunately there is another valet company out there that prides itself on trying to acquire new business by speaking ill of the competition. Rather sad, considering there is enough work out there for those who like to put forth good service. Again, don't be fooled by bogus negative reviews. Pros: Fast, professional, and courteous Cons: The company didn't arrive sooner onto the Austin valet scene more

Service was sub par 7/21/2008

I had never had never been so disappointed with the service of a valet company. a few weeks ago I attended a party that uptown valet was working every thing went fine until I left the party when the valet went to get my car he did not run it took far to long and when I finally got my car I noticed scratches on the side. When I approached the valet about the scratches he did not take accountability for them. I know that they where caused by them because this was a rental car I picked up just a few hours prior. Luckily I had bought rental car insurance on this vehicle more

Recently Co- workers and I were in Austin attending an event put on by our company. While in Austin, we contracted the services of Uptown Valet. The gentlemen who work here are obviously well trained and genuinely concerned about your experience in Austin. The level of professionalism and willingness to serve me and my co-workers was remarkable. Uptown exceeded our expectations of customer service, by ensuring our party had the hours of operation, and directions to every attraction sought after in the downtown area. I have had many private parties throughout the years catered by different valet services of Austin. I recently hired Uptown Valet to work one of my social events and they exceeded all expectations. These men were very professional and provided an amazing quality of service throughout the night.
