Review content:
In the current economy, it amazes me how customer service is still falling by the wayside. I made a same day appointment and when I made the appointment - I asked the staff if the doc was running on time - as I had another appointment that day - and I was told yes.
Cut to about 10 minutes before my appointment - which I showed up early for. When I arrived I again asked if the doc was running on time and was told yes. 10 minutes later - I was told the doctor was now running behind and there were TWO people in front of me. Now, I didn't see a single person come in for an ""emergency"" while I was sitting there so as I write this, I'm still trying to figure out how in less than 10 minutes the doctor when from on time to extremely behind.
Am I upset that the doc was running behind - of course not. I'm pissed that the staff basically lied to my face. I have no tolerances for that and wouldn't recommend anyone deal with this business.
As other reviews have said - avoid at all costs.
