Our experience with Wild West Pony was ""OK"". The good news is, they did an excellent job of the petting zoo! The kids had a great time! The bad news is, the ponies left much to be desired. First, they forgot a pony (and I was very detailed in filling out the paperwork as to exactly what my daughters wanted for ponies). They did the best they could, but it resulted in my daughter crying as she did not get the pony she had been ""dreaming"" of, and was very excited to see. I did receive an apology, which I appreciated, but I did not receive a discount or anything for their mistake. Second, the girls leading the ponies were not friendly to the kids, and were even rude on multiple occasions. Basically, when I pay for this type of experience, I simply expect better customer service. - The details were not taken care of. The experience was ""OK"", but not ""great"". We are going with a different company next year since this experience was disappointing.
