Review content:
I flew down from New York to have my 3rd sons picture taken by Marion and Silber in July of 2009. It is now December of 2009 and I still do not have my pictures. I have called several times to be told they are backed up. When I ask if they are extrememly busy all I was told is that they were backed up. I was told when I went in July that they would post my proofs that day. It never happened even after I called. I also received an e-mail from Gary asking me if I had forgotten about my picture and to send the proofs back. I had already done this a month before and had paid for most of the portrait already. I have been EXTREMEMLY disappointed in the quality of my 3rd childs picture due to them going digital and the fact that it has been almost 5 months and I have no proofs or portrait that I ordered. Would not recommend them to anyone!
Pros: Took great pics of my first two children
Cons: Arrogant, lack of oraganization, now use digital
