I am surprised to see the bad review here. I have been to Absinthe 3 times now, and each time was great. It is really cozy and relaxing inside, the pizza is soooooo good, and the drinks are great too. In my experience, the service was very good. The bartender, who I think is the owner, seems to take a lot of pride in the place. He offers new drink ideas, and often checks to make sure the customers are satisfied. After work it's quiet, but later at night a crowd rolls in. On Wednesdays, there's a ""bring your own Cd"" night.
