I have used this agency a couple of times before I finally figured that it was NO GOOD! Lynn, one of the agents, seems great, and very nice...but she has shown her true colors in how she does business. She is completely unprofessional, she is terrible about getting back with you, if at all. She also does not back you when something goes wrong with one of the places SHE suggests you go to!? She does NOT get back with you if you try to email her or call her...I have had to constantly try to get in touch with her, and it's like pulling teeth...when it should NOT be that way! She only seems to care about getting your money and business, and when she does...she moves on to the next person. There are soo many other agencies that do a better job, and seem to actually CARE! If you don't have a good agent, then what is the point in spending the extra money (that they're making in commission off of you!) when you can just book for the same price if not cheaper on travelocity or one of the other sites?? I mean come on... I would NOT reccommend this place, take it from someone that has given her/them a couple of ""try agains"" and still have not shown to be any better. My advice, book it online and buy insurance!
