Review content:
Several friends of mine introduced me to Starlite this week. I had heard mixed reviews but wanted to try for myself. I am so glad I did!! The ambiance is fantastic to start with. Good music, pretty people (both guests and staff alike), sassy bar. And then we sat down to our table. Our server, Cory was very knowledgable about the food and the wine. He offered a daily special which was a poricini mushroom dusted tenderloin. I couldn't resist. I ordered the Warm Spinach Salad which was good, but under seasoned. Following the salad, my perfectly cooked tenderloin arrived. It was tasty, seasoned well and cooked to perfection. My friends ordered the Tomato Caprese salads which were fresh and tasty. For their entrees, one friend had the duck breast and the other had the veal t-bone. We all moaned with delight at our plates. My friend that ordered the duck had never tried it before and today- she is a huge fan. We will be returning to Starlite often in the future. I hope I will be able to try something different than the tenderloin-- but it was so good that if they have it again, I might just order it again. :-) Kudos to Starlite and their staff. We had a lovely evening!
