I have been waiting since April 2007 to get information from them. In April, I paid the account off in full at one time. It is now January 29th, 2008 and I have called them, left them messages and I still don't see the information I have waiting been waiting 9 months to receive. Everytime I call them, I get the same answer,"" You will see it in 45-60 days"". I wonder how many times I will have to hear that before it is the TRUTH!
Pros: They always take your call.
Cons: They lie about sending you something in 45-60 days, because you never see it!
