Review content:
I have a Whirlpool Cabrio dryer that continued to spin, but not dry my clothes. I went on the internet looking for solutions to my problem. After a little research I was convinced that it was either the thermal fuse, cut-off switch or the heating element not working. I found a diagram for my particular machine and was ready to begin taking off parts. I called up Oak Hill Appliance and spoke to a nice lady who told me to bring in the thermal fuse, thermal cut-off and the heating element and she would check them out. She explained to me that given my symptoms that it was probably the thermal cut-off, which of course it was. I arrived at the service counter and she immediately checked the parts, got me my new parts and off I went 3 minutes later. Saved me at least $120 on a service call and I have the personal satisfaction of having done it myself. Thank God for the internet and Oak Hill Appliance...I couldn't be happier! Pros: Friendly Professional Expedient Service
