I have to disagree with the above comment! Although it was written in 2009! It seems that the above person was very disgruntled. I am a very loyal client of Salon W and Spa and have been going there for a long time. Not only is the front desk proffesional, but the staff is amazing and so is their work.! I have never witnessed an unsatisfied customer in Salon W and Spa and in the few instances that there has been an ""upset "" client, the owner always makes things right wether its a refund or a complimentary service. The Nail technicians have been working on Worth Avenue for 10 years and I know all of them personally! One gives the best massage EVER! The other, He is the Ingrown toe nail specialist, And the other woman she is so peacful and relaxing an amzing woman.....with the most gentle touch ever. I travel back and forth from NYC and LA, and let me tell you ... You can pay $30 over the bridge and get a vietnamese pedicure in 20 minutes....or $55 and a pedicure on Worth avenue in a beautiful, clean salon, that lasts and hour! If you are going to Worth Avenue, I highly rec. Salon W and Spa! I love it! and so will you!
