November 2. I was unable to access my computer for the last 3 weeks and finally got someone out to fix it. It was fixed on Nov 4 when I saw my coupon was expired on the 2nd. I immediately called Stags and was told ""sorry, too late"". I attempted to explain what happened and was interrupted and it was implied by the girl speaking with me that they had more customers than they could handle. They were very booked up in advance because of the coupons and will not honor any one that was calling past the expiration date. I decided to call back later to try to talk with them again and got an answering machine. I left a message saying I realized it was past the due date but I would be willing to wait however long it would take for an appt. I am a nurse and have developed back issues and was looking for a place close by knowing I would be making more appts. in the future. I left my number and asked that they please return my call. They never did. I just called there now and spoke with the ""office manager"" who was very curt and stated they would not honor my coupon. Is this the way you treat a potential new client? Isn't the whole idea of a business putting out coupons to generate new business??? She said they would not honor ANYONE""S coupon past the due date.....it was the ""office policy"". So, basically they made money off of God knows how many people without providing service. Also, to imply they have more people than they can handle is an absurd way to do business. Apparently, this office needs the money badly which is why they are not honoring coupons and after reading Mandy T's review I didn't miss anything. Don't waste your time on this office because they surely don't have the time for you.
