In the begining we were not crazy about the area but liked the apartement in itself so we moved...from the very second day we began to have trouble. We began to find irregularities inside the apartment like the fact that the dish washer didnt work, there was dirty water on the bottom of it just sitting there which created a horrible stink in the entire apartment (I was pegnant at the time so it was worse for me)...the stove was all busted including the fact that one of the burners did not work and another burner was not safe at all...it was all wobbly so it was unusable for frying anything due to fear of the pan spilling, spiders and small roaches have always been an issue...I have pest control come every week, my husband also sprays extra stuff and still we can never seem to get rid of them. The neighbors are horrible....the entire apartment shakes when other walk around; even when its a different apartment you can feel the shake in your apartment. Two months ago we had a small leak that was creating black mold in the master bath so we informed and had the maintenance come to fix it...I have had a hole in the wall for 2 and a half months and no one has bothered to finish fixing it...I had to tape up all of the edges on the board they placed. Maintenance takes forever to actually answer calls, and at this very moment I have 6 fire extinguishers floating in the lake in front of our apartment. People are constantly throwing trash in the lakes...trash that includes the fire extinguishers, shopping bags, childrens balls, bottles and others. Dont even bother moving here because you will regret it very quickly! I know we did and now we are stuck until our lease is up...
