Businiess name:  Bloomingdale's Home + Furniture Store

Review content:
The service at the Home and Furnishings store on Wabash in Chicago is completely lax. I assumed the folks who worked there had the attitude they did because their salaries were not good. Though the item I wanted was in the store, I decided not to buy it since the two sales women decided to ignore me and talk about their personal lives instead of helping me. They seemed happy when I gave up and left. Years ago when I lived in New York, everything, and I mean everything I ordered from Bloomingdales arrived broken. We sent it all back, but customer service never apologized and never seemed to care. Pros: Nice merchandise Cons: Not Nice Merchants
