This was , by far, the worst experience with such type of service. Absolutely terrible customer support. No commitment to specified date.
Brought hardwood floors of different type - took them a while to bring the right one. Date set for tile installation was set but contractors do not show up. Nobody even bothered to call about cancellation.
Those folks should be dealt very simply - anything they say should be in writing.
Basically, if you want to save time - do not deal with them, because price might be good but commitment to dates is zero.
