Having been out of the job market for over 10 years, a few years back I sought Lane's advise regarding my old resume. She gave me a quick and accurate assessment of what my resume needs. Then this year faced with some personal challenges I desperately went back to her again for advise this time regarding re-entering the job market and she amazingly remembered many things about me from before, what an incredible memory! She gave me a very realistic and clear view of the current job market and my job prospects, and what I need to do to become marketable considering my large employment gap. Her vast knowledge and candidness helped calm my anxieties of all the unknowns. She is very professional, highly knowledgeable of the local as well as national job market, and has the natural ability to extract key information from all the data she gathers from me to make an effective and efficient assessment of where I am at .
