I selected Lane to redo my existing lame resume after talking to several other firms on the phone. It was great to actually talk to the person that was going to do the writing when I first called. She answered all of my questions without being evasive (what I experienced at a couple of the other firms I called). Her knowledge of the local job market has also been very helpful.
