Review content:
Had them install a lawn sprinkler system a couple of months ago. Everything went very quickly. All of the staff was polite and helpful. Now i have found that they by-passed my soft water system. I have made 14 calls over the last month and have gotten the same line that I am on the schedule. I am never given an appointment. I have been told that the message has been given to Mr. Dailey and I may want to try and catch him at the car wash and let him know that I need service. Did that too on a Saturday afternoon and he told me he would be out on Monday. Still a no show. Price is good but the service stinks. Hopefully they will get to me before my 3 year warranty is up.
Pros: Price is good.
Cons: Service is bad.
