Review content:
Carmine's food is ok. I order from there sometimes b/c they deliver to the WC borough and they stay within reasonable time. However, to say that the counter staff is ""brisk"" is putting it lightly, the guy on the phone is rude, rushes you and even tries to finish your order for you, which is silly because you end up taking more time correcting him on what you don't want. This often times turns into mistakes on the order, which has happened to me several times. Like I said, food may be ok, but service stinks. They forget having happy customers is what pays the bills.
