Review content:
I am very disappointed at the dishonesty that was presented to me over the phone. I called Good Feet San Antonio and asked if they could tell me the range of prices for their product. The lady who I talked to was very courteous and told me they ranged from $60 to $300.00. She asked if I would like to make an appointment for my husband who has Plantar Faciatis and I said yes I would. We do not live in SA and so made the appointment. After driving to SA my husband met with them and the man that helped him told him that he really needed (3) sets of orthodics @ $300.00 each. We were shocked and did not expect this. When I called and told them they misrepresented themselves to us, they promptly said they would make a deal for $429.00 for a set of (2) pair of orthodics. My complaint is this, I have a feeling this is what most people are being told which misrepresents what I was told over the phone and then it was ""Let's make a deal"" I will not do business with anyone who fails to be up front when asked a direct question. This is all very shady. Don't go there expecting to get ""what you need"" for $300.00!!
