Ed Derendorf helped me and I have to say I am impressed. I didn't expect this much relief so quickly. Ed's patience and willingness to work with me as I tried different products was very much appreciated. Thank you Ed! more

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! The arch supports are AWESOME!!!. Myron made everything easy. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. In my recent visit to his store in San Antonio, I was able to pick a pair of supports to take back to California with me. Over the next couple of weeks I enjoyed the pair so much that I had to buy another for running. Myron was able to help me considering I was a couple of states away. Overall, I'm enjoying the supports. I wear them everyday. Thank you Good Feet and thank you Myron! more

Have had issues with my left foot for several years and tried podiatrists and therapists with no luck. Saw Good Feet TV ad and met with Myron Doern at the San Antonio store. Myron was very knowledgable about the Good Feet products and I decided to give them a try. Myron contacted me on a weekly basis to see how I was doing. After two weeks he changed 2 of the arch supports and I am now pain free. I really appreciate Myron's follow up and professionalism and would highly recommend him and Good Feet to anyone. more

Merrie Kastner did a wonderful job of explaining the arch supports and assisting me. I feel that the inserts are too expensive, but I am hoping that they provide relief for my feet and knees. I bought a pair of tennis shoes also. more

If you have plantar fasitis..go to good feet. Expect to pay. They have flexible payment options. You will save money in the long run from doctors that just want to tell you to lose weight and give you pain pills. I can walk and my feet are slowly healing thanks to Good Feet. The product sells itself. Thanks good feet. You create happy feet. more

We went to this store for our son who has severs disease. We were immediately greeted by an extremely rude blonde lady. Anytime we would ask a question she was condescending. We were also told by phone, as we live in a different city & wanted info before driving into San Antonio that the insoles were $60 & there was a labor day sale. As soon as we asked the sales lady about what we were told by Deonne, on the phone, she got a huge attitude. Those won't work, I've done this for 2 yrs. Well, it's not as if you are a doctor lady, we might need more info than your limited experience. So we politely asked questions & every answer was done in the most condescending way with huge attitude. And, she added there was no labor day sale, there is only an online coupon. So, my husband called Deonne again to ask for info as this lady didn't want to be nice & she told us there were inserts that cost less than the $299 quote the mean lady was giving us & we can ask for Tom, the manager to help us. My husband went back in & asked the mean lady about the other inserts so we had an idea of every option available & this immediately put her out. She went to the back & we could literally here her saying to Tom, who was doing nothing at the time, that "" she wasn't going to help THESE PEOPLE anymore!"". Like asking a question was wrong on our behalf? Really, this was to be a. $300 investment for a growing 9yr olds feet. We needed to know all options. So, my husband went outside to call again to find a different store, of course no one would answer the phone. Her manager could hear it all & did nothing to help us. The mean lady came back & I told her, ""you really don't seem to want to help us, so we will be leaving."". Truly, I have never been to store where I have been treated so rudely, with such meanness. So, we looked up ideal feet, which is right down the road, spent our $400 for lifetime insoles for our son's feet, which ended up being a better deal anyhow at his age, good feet didn't have a lifetime guarantee for him as his feet are still growing. I would not recommend this store to anyone. She was the most rude, condescending, mean, harsh associate we have had to deal with & the manager could hear it all. We were totally shocked by this experience. more

Thank you Good Feet store of San Antonio. I have been wearing the different Good Feet arch supports I bought for about a month. I am pleased to tell you that I have experienced significant reduction in foot pain. As a matter of fact, I hardly notice it now. I wear the Good Feet arch support inserts every day and find them quite comfortable. I place them whenever possible under the cushions in all my shoes including my dress, athletic shoes, golf shoes, deck shoes and even my Crocs. I???m very appreciative of the time you spent with me in recommending and sizing the arch supports appropriate for my feet. Your professionalism and courtesy gave me great confidence that I was making a good decision. Now I am sure of it. You have a great products and I highly recommend it to anyone suffering from Foot discomfort, Foot pain and plantar fasciitis. more

Good Feet - Not so Honest 4/11/2012

I am very disappointed at the dishonesty that was presented to me over the phone. I called Good Feet San Antonio and asked if they could tell me the range of prices for their product. The lady who I talked to was very courteous and told me they ranged from $60 to $300.00. She asked if I would like to make an appointment for my husband who has Plantar Faciatis and I said yes I would. We do not live in SA and so made the appointment. After driving to SA my husband met with them and the man that helped him told him that he really needed (3) sets of orthodics @ $300.00 each. We were shocked and did not expect this. When I called and told them they misrepresented themselves to us, they promptly said they would make a deal for $429.00 for a set of (2) pair of orthodics. My complaint is this, I have a feeling this is what most people are being told which misrepresents what I was told over the phone and then it was ""Let's make a deal"" I will not do business with anyone who fails to be up front when asked a direct question. This is all very shady. Don't go there expecting to get ""what you need"" for $300.00!! more
