Was looking forward to some holiday shopping this past weekend and I made the unfortunate decision to stop in the trade secret at partridge creek mall. The "manager" was extremely rude and chastised me when I asked for a Kleenex after trying out some nail polish. She proceeded to inform me that it was company policy to purchase the product and accused me of having nail fungus and stated in not so many words that I was stupid for trying out a product when there were no samples available. I will never shop here again and caution potential customers to be leary also because obviously they know nothing of customer service!!!!!!
