I enjoyed my business relationship with Mr. George Ward Owner - Now I needed service and no one returned my call ( secretary was told not to call me ??? ) Driving to business I found doors LOCKED- I then- walked next door as instructed - the person there called someone who would help me.This person told me she received my phone message as was instructed not to call me. Confused about the whole experience I requested Mr. Ward call me. Returning home I received a call from Mr. Ward ( this person was not Mr. Ward the owner ) This irate person stated he did not care how much money I spent with the company - gave me 30Sec to talk - hung up on me. I think the phone call came from the son ( Todd Ward ?? ) I hope this person does not drive this once great business to closure.
