I have bought several products from Creative Energy over the years and everything that they have installed for me has worked the way they said it would. I also know the family that owns Creative Energy, and they are honest and reliable. They are good people and always follow through with what they say.
The first product that I bought from Creative Energy was a HotSpring spa, which was highly rated in Consumer Reports. As I got to know them, I purchased other products as well and have been very satisfied with both their products and service.
If I call them with a problem, they fix it. If I need a part, like I did recently, they get it for me right away -- they got it to me in just 2 days. They arrive when they say they will and do what they tell you they will do.
