The Upper Hand is by far the best Salon i have found in Houston. My biggest pet-peave of salon's is when you are passed around by several different stylist during your appointment. THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN AT THE UPPER HAND. I never have to wait for my appointment, they are always on time even throughout your appointment; you are never there for hours. All of the technicians are a pleasure to be around and the products are excellent. My only suggestion would be to get more comfotable chairs, both wash bowl and styling chair, but that's minor. Keep up the good work!
