I had a plugged drain line that backed up into my bathroom sinks and air conditioning drain. I couldn't be without AC, even if it was Sunday!
For some reason I bypassed the ""big name"" ""A/C companies and gave these guys a call before 7 AM on Sunday. I was surprised that I got a ""real person,"" not just an answering machine. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name, but she was helpful and anxious to get my problem resolved.
Jim Palmer arrived shortly after 10 AM, as promised (yeah, only about 3 hours after my Sunday morning call). I won't go into all of the details, but he spent at least 1.5 hours tracking down the problem, which was far more complicated than either of us expected.
Jim was GREAT! He was polite, clean, and efficient. He diagnosed and repaired a problem that had plagued us off-and-on since our home was built 17 years ago!
Moreover, the bill was far, far, less that I expected.
I can't say enough good things about Jim and this company. I need some work done on my HVAC system and I'll be calling them back soon.
