Super friendly, extremely helpful with advice and they cater to every need. I have been ordering flowers from Charlottte's for the last year and they are simply the best. Charlotte and her staff cater to those of us that don't know an iris from a mum. I have ordered flowers from Charlotte on several occasions in the last year and she always finds a way to exceed my expectations. Not only does she and her staff create beautiful arrangements, but most importantly, my girlfriend always loves the flowers that I send, and that's all that really matters. Charlotte delivers every time....literally and figuratively. She's the Best!
