Review content:
I rented one of four available tillers on a Saturday, and they are not open Sundays. It started at the rental location, but did not start when I got it home. I was refused a refund when I returned it Monday morning (and none of the other three were rented, I saw), and was told I would be charged if I got a fully functional replacement for the day. Technically, they were well within the terms of the rental contract I signed, but they lost no money by renting that tiller out over the weekend as none of the others were rented! I rented it on Saturday to do some gardening on Sunday, and because I did not report to them that it was nonfunctional within 30 minutes of renting it on Saturday, any recourse I had, by contract, was denied.
