I went there during lunch time and wanted to check out a Miele vacuum. I met the store manager, Sean, who's been at the shop for 9 years and he was terrific. He knew the products very well. He understood what I needed. He didn't try to push me towards the more expensive units since my place is only 1400sqft and mostly hardwood floors. What sold me at the end was his professionalism and very surprisingly, he had no problem if I walked away and came back later and he was confident he can match any price including internet based pricing. It's rare these days to find an old school professional salesman like Sean. After that, I didn't feel like I needed to do anymore research and bought the new Miele S6 Onyx. Since I haven't moved into my new place yet, I haven't tried it but from everything I have read about Miele and hearing from someone who has a MIele, I don't think I'll have any problems.
