In my 58 years I've never had such a wonderful experience. Other medical and dental offices could learn great customer service from the E-town office. The lady at the front desk greeted everyone who walked in with a warm hello. She knew most of the patients by name....wow!!! The young lady who took my x-rays was so sweet and friendly. Dr. Newbern was very thorough in the exam. He actually took time to explain everything. After the exam and xrays the office manager, Kathy went over my treatment plan and helped me figure out a payment plan that fit my budget. Like many folks I had put my dental health on the back burner and felt embarrased even for the dentist to see my mouth but thanks to the Aspen Dental in E-town, I'm back on track and now have my smile back. I look forward to my next visit!!! Thank you for being so kind, helpful and patient!!!
