Review content:
I walked into the store at about 8:30 last night, stood there until closing. I heard one of the workers talking about how they were short staffed, but I find it funny how they failed to even acknowledge the four other customers that they weren't helping. They were unable to help two people at once, which I find to be extremely bad customer service. They also didn't bother to even say anything like "I will be there in a minute." All I heard from the girl worker was "I can help whoever's next" like she didn't know what order customers walked into the store. I finally just left because the store was closed, and all these guys could think about was clocking out on time, even though it was there fault there were so many people still in the store. Poor customer service. I find it appalling how these people make more money than the guys across the street at Fat Burger, because the customer service is far better there. I would suggest getting a burger next time you are in the shopping center.
Pros: Clean store?
Cons: Customer service is bad.
