Total incompetence or credit card fraud? 7/6/2010

I went into this store to buy a gift card. They repeatedly kept swiping my credit card, saying there was a glitch and it wouldn't take my card. I left the store w/out any gift card but my credit card fraud dept called me and said there had been $723 charged to my credit card by this AT&T store. Now 2 weeks later, my credit card is frozen and I'm over my credit card limit. I CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO REFUND MY CREDIT CARD. Not when I go in person, not when I call on the phone. I'm told the manager is on a conference call or put on hold for 35 minutes. I'm not joking. Either there is intentional fraud going on in this store or it's run by incompetent idiots. I'm going to the attorney general. Pros: There is none. Cons: total incompetence of staff more

Bad service 7/14/2009

I walked into the store at about 8:30 last night, stood there until closing. I heard one of the workers talking about how they were short staffed, but I find it funny how they failed to even acknowledge the four other customers that they weren't helping. They were unable to help two people at once, which I find to be extremely bad customer service. They also didn't bother to even say anything like "I will be there in a minute." All I heard from the girl worker was "I can help whoever's next" like she didn't know what order customers walked into the store. I finally just left because the store was closed, and all these guys could think about was clocking out on time, even though it was there fault there were so many people still in the store. Poor customer service. I find it appalling how these people make more money than the guys across the street at Fat Burger, because the customer service is far better there. I would suggest getting a burger next time you are in the shopping center. Pros: Clean store? Cons: Customer service is bad. more
