We had initially talked to Patty when we knew Chewy's time was near, but called Misty the day of and were met at the door by name. What a comfort. We said our last goodbyes to our baby knowing he was in great hands. When we picked up his cremains they were so personal and caring. They added a clay pawprint, which was a very nice touch. Would defintely recommend them to our friends and family
