I would definitely not recommend this complex to anyone who is to looking for a quite and peaceful place to live in champion?s area. This place has gone to hell after the new management took over. I have gotten robbed, hear gun shots went off on different nights, fire trucks; ambulance visited the apartment way too frequent. It feels like living in an urban downtown neighborhood. People are moving out constantly and that itself tells you something. This is my first year and my last year. They couldn't pay me enough to stay. There are plenty apartments around, please try other places before choosing Champions Park.
Pros: if like hearing gun shots as sweet melody while you sleep
