Julie Potts, the owner of Hill Country Property Management has done an excellent job of managing my property for the past 4 years. She is a straight-shooting and no-nonsense property manager who manages the interests of property owners and tenants alike. While there are some property management companies who take up to 30 days to mail the rent checks, Hill Country sends out my check usually around the 10th of the month. My current tenant is currently on their 4th year, that speaks for itself on their dedication to keep tenants keep happy. I am glad to see that my property is being managed by a dedicated and capable staff of this property management company led by Julie Potts. If I have another property to lease, I would turn it over to her team to manage without any hesitation.
