I would like to share my opinion on services of Burnet Road Animal Hospital.I had been taking my cat to one of those vet chain hospitals for shots before and let me tell you- the difference between a smaller hospital and chain is HUGE. I had brough my cat to get her spayed to Burnet Road Animal hospital because I just hated the way I was treated in one of those big chain ones: long waits, huge charges, nurses and doctors kept changing every visit... In Burnet Road animal hospital, I did not have to wait at all when I brough my kitty in. Staff was very fiendly and answered all questions I had about an operation.Charge for an operation was very reasonable. Then my cat didnt feel very well- she had refused to drink or eat for a few days after surgery-she was treated by Burnet Road animal hospital like their own cat- they hand fed her, helped me with a bunch of very useful advices.. Today she is feeling much better- so am I . My biggest thanks to both doctors, Cathy, and everyone else that helped me to nurse my cat back to normal. I highly recommend this hospital as you and your pet will be treated like a family member- not like a customer.
