Review content:
Went to Kwik Lube in Valley Ranch for new wheel bearings. I was told it would be $380 for parts, and up to 4 hours of labor. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I was called after two hours saying my car was ready. Now imagine my unpleasant surprise when I was told they had to charge me the full 4 hours of labor at $85.00 per hour. When I complained that it only took two hours they were very unsympathetic. They could not tell me who forced them to charge me for 4 hours for 2 hours worth of work. They would not tell me who pockets the extra $170.00 labor charge. They were immediately transformed in little sargent Schultz's from the TV show Hogan's Heros, "we know nothing!" Visit these jerks at your own risk. Don't say you weren't warned!
