I have never had a worse experience with a vendor. I've built many custom homes and this company gave me the run around like no other company. Trust me if you have an issue with their product and you get treated like I did, it will be months of battling. I believe their policy is to drag it out until you give up. Do yourself a favor and stear clear. I think they have a few different websites with different names. If you are purchasing doors from Crown Pointe Indiana, I would be very sure it's not Nicks Building Supply
