Review content:
The doctor has little to no interaction with clients. During the course of a 4-visit, $650 pet experience, I never spoke with or saw the doctor. Interactions were limited to front desk and nurse-- bad communication skills. Rude and uninformed vet tech flew into a Jerry Springer-style angry tantrum when I was upset by a significant error they made. The whole operation is something out of 1973. Poorly run. Over-priced. Aloof doctor. They push for patients to buy meds from them and are difficult when it comes to using on-line pharmacies. Despite having prescribed a medicine for my dog, the doctor refused to fill on-line prescription.
Pros: initially friendly staff, until called out for errors
Cons: bad communication, poorly run office, blocks web Rx
