Thanks so much...you guys were so helpful. I am not a pc expert, but you listened and helped me. I was nervous that i had lost my data and i was panicking, but you were somehow able to bring it back. I have learned a lot from talking with you, and anytime I have a question about my computer, I will call you first. As a senior citizen, I want to thank you all for listening when it was difficult for me to even describe the problem. I had called 2 other places, but they did not have time for an old lady like me. The lady who answers your phone should get a big raise for being so wonderful! She listened to me talk about how my friend said I had a virus on my computer, etc and she was so kind! I'll bet she already knew that was not the case but she was nice and reassuring me that you could help. I hope you do not mind that I will be returning.
