Never again I will use Aspen Dental service in my life, nor my family. Recently I had my wisdom teeth extracted. For 6 month now this dentist office can?t resolve bill issue with my insurance company ($875 vs. $176), and now I am being sent to collections. First Aspen Dental sent x-rays to my insurance without a date, and now they wouldn?t send dated x-rays, which are required to resolve this dispute. How hard is that? I called every week to Woburn office for about 3 months, main office, came to talk in person. Nobody is helping me. In Woburn office they say they don?t deal with bills. Main office promises to send x-rays, but they don?t. I feel that something criminal is going on, they are lying to my insurance about the procedure and that?s why they wouldn?t send x-rays. According to this Aspen Dental x-rays I had 5 cavities, but when I went to another doctor to treat them he couldn?t see any (that is without x-rays, but last year I had x-rays done at this office and I was told I had 3 cavities. I had bad experience a year before at this office and went to another doctor to treat my 3 cavities. He did new x-rays and they were fine). I thought my first bad experience at Aspen Dental first year was accidental (after the doctor did my filling, my tooth hurt, and I had to come back 2 times ? the result instead of a small cavity (I had no idea about, it didn?t hurt) I have now 1/3 of my tooth gone, it is replaced with ugly silver filling, because she had to get read of hurtful white one. The only reason I came back to this office, because they do fantastic cleaning job. But I don?t trust their doctors anymore. I have to find a lawyer now, because if turns out I don?t have cavities and they were lying about my wisdom teeth, saying they were impacted which they were not, it should be easy enough to prove with x-rays. Pros: new modern equipment, awesome teeth cleaning, clean office, oral sergeant very good Cons: horrible customer service, inept dentists, extremely difficult to resolve bill issues
