I have worked with Redmond Transmission for probably 10 years on my personal cars. I have had negative experiences with auto mechanics in the past, and was referred to Redmond Transmission by a fellow worker. That is how I started using them.
They have been so honest. They took a look at the situation and then give me an honest answer. The repairs have been fantastic. A few times the product, like a Napa car part, that they put in didn't last as long as it should have, or have been faulty, and they always replace them. I have nothing negative to say about them because the relationship has been phenomenal.
