Review content:
Service was good, but we are being invoiced for an additional tax amount that we had already been told was included in the initial estimate. When the work was done, we were billed for the amount as estimated. We payed the full amount and thought we were done paying. We then received an invoice for a higher amount and, of course, a balance, but no explanation. I called and was told that because traps were used, they had to tax. Sorry, but, no matter how good the service, I can't recommend if they're going to charge more after we've already payed the agreed upon amount in full.
