Absolute Pest Management

The establishment at which I work (hospital type environment) was experiencing issues with bedbugs and decided thermal remediation to be the course of action. We contacted multiple companies for bids and decided to use Absolute Pest Management. When the Service manager Charles Partridge showed his appearance clean cut and attitude professional, upon inspection he recommend changes we make to the environment that would make the service much more effective. Charles Partridge and Mike Cassidy showed on the day of service 7 am, Mike was needed elsewhere and left shortly after setup he returned later that evening around 6pm. Due to the temperature dropping outside, the building made of concrete and brick was extremely hard to heat. But both employees of Absolute stayed well after 9pm ( that's a 14 hour stay on the jobsite) to make sure an effective and complete job was done. They could have easily shut down and returned at a later date and time, but they showed commitment to the customer and to the job by staying. We found one bedbug a week later, and understood that it was reintroduced into the environment not a residual from the service performed. Due to the sensitivity of the case Charles returned and performed a remediation treatment again even though it was not written into the contract. I would recommend Absolute Pest Management to family, friends and businesses I know, due to the level of commitment and professionalism! Thank You Absolute Pest Management!!!!!! more

Was very concerned when I noticed a black widow (with several nasty egg sacs) behind a garage door handle. Did some investigating...decided on Absolute Pest Management and am so glad that I did!! Shane came out the next morning and did a THOROUGH spraying indoors and out. We've used other pest control services, but this was different--in a good way. When Shane got to the ""Widow's Lair,"" he put the power sprayer down and went to get something more ""hands on."" As he began spraying her nasty little babies...she suddenly appeared..with big plans no doubt, but she took a direct hit and and began to stagger and sway. Soon, she was coughing...shriveled...dead. Yes...yes...that's exactly what we were looking for. Now, during the whole arachnid exorcism, Shane was informing us--the conservative spectators from afar--about her nest and red flags to look for concerning spiders. He also gave us the down low on sewage roaches...or ""water bugs,"" as some choose to call them. All in all, we are very pleased. Absolute did a great job, was thorough, friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!! Happy. Will use again. more

Service was good, but we are being invoiced for an additional tax amount that we had already been told was included in the initial estimate. When the work was done, we were billed for the amount as estimated. We payed the full amount and thought we were done paying. We then received an invoice for a higher amount and, of course, a balance, but no explanation. I called and was told that because traps were used, they had to tax. Sorry, but, no matter how good the service, I can't recommend if they're going to charge more after we've already payed the agreed upon amount in full. more

Every time someone visits they are courteous, on time, and informative. I have had special needs with a new born crawling around in the past and they were able to inform and help treat for pests in safe and effective manner. Plus my wife trusts them, which is huge, and I think likes them since they take their shoes off at the door - HA! Great company made of outstanding employees. more

When we moved into our new house the inspector noticed evidence of termites in our bathrooms. Our realtor recommended Absolute, and said they were they had the best quality and were reasonably priced. We called in Absolute and another company to give quotes. The representative for the other company actually suggested we go with Absolute instead because they couldn't match the quote! Absolute has great service, they're nice guys, and I feel confident they've ended the termite invasion of my home! more
